Welcome to our private practice. At Spectrum Connections Therapy, we provide comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents, teens, adults, partners, and families.
We are passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families living with Autism Spectrum (ASD), Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, Depression, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), and Challenging Behaviors. Our highly specialized team combines intensive training and decades of experience in clinical behavior analysis, psychology, couples & family therapy, psychotherapy, and special education. We are neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed in our approach.
Essentially, this means we have been working in this area for a long time and we get the “big picture” while also simplifying your situation to help you get “unstuck” and moving forward. We look forward to joining you on your journey towards relational and behavioral wellness.

Therapy is affirming, engaging, positive, fun, and interactive. Data is collected on goals to ensure progress. You will leave each session with tips, tools, and an action plan for home.
