Spectrum Connections Therapy is a small, privately owned, private practice looking to build a committed team of passionate neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed therapists. We have a vision of being a small group practice that is connected, mutually supportive, collaborative, and that values providing exceptional client care through a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach. We’re passionate about helping therapists grow and develop, with a particular focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (for OCD treatment), Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). However, we value all additional evidence-based modalities.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
We’re looking to build our team of therapists and we are hiring for a few new pre-licensed team members (MFTC, LPCC, LSW) who are also looking to grow as therapists, and if needed, gain supervision. This is a part-time W2 position with an expected onboarding date of Fall and Winter 2023.

Supervision

Dr. Nicole Gurash offers supervision for those interested in growing as a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed therapist. Spectrum Connections Therapy, PLLC (SCT) is a small private practice that values creating healthy connections through evidence-based relational and behavioral therapy approaches. SCT is passionate about helping therapists grow and develop, with a particular focus on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy for OCD Treatment, Neurodivergent Parenting, Couples, Families, and Trauma Healing with EMDR.

She is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate and is able to provide clinical supervision in the State of Colorado. She completed the 30-hour AAMFT supervision training in 2022 and is currently working on completing her mentorship hours for the approved supervisor distinction with AAMFT.
