At Spectrum Connections Therapy, I maintain a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families living with autism spectrum, ADHD, trauma, OCD, and anxiety. I also have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent couples in intimate partnerships, trauma healing, and I enjoy incorporating the arts and movement into therapy when appropriate.

We encounter many seasons throughout life and many of us need help navigating the various experiences and feelings we face along the way. You are not alone. Taking this step to begin counseling is the best choice for your optimal health. I am here to meet you exactly where you are and my hope is to support you with increasing self-awareness, promoting healing, and creating meaningful change from a judgment-free place of empathy and compassion. We all need to feel heard and understood, and I feel honored to do that for my clients. I look forward to connecting with you soon and hearing more about how I can be of support.

My Approach

My therapy approach has been described as educational, broad, compassionate, holistic, and safeguarded. As I see it, humans have an inner capacity to evolve and that they possess personal responsibility over their own life. People can find real change with the assistance of a strong therapeutic alliance and the opportunity to explore their emotional needs.

My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. We may check in about your week, but typically we will spend our time focusing on deep rooted patterns and beliefs that continue to impact your thinking and physical embodiment. More specifically, we will incorporate pieces of inner child work and attachment, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, CBT, and others. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which can be provided if we agree it is applicable to your healing process. This will depend on what resonates best for you. My work is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive, and welcoming to all.

I believe it to be fundamentally true that people are operating in the world as best they can with the tools that they have. Sometimes people need a safe and loving environment to build on those tools and reach a place of peace and prosperity for themselves and for their families.
