Together we can process past painful experiences and explore with open curiosity to cultivate healing so that you can move forward towards living a life you value.

We use a strengths-based approach combined with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in our work. Together we will tap into the amazing qualities you already have, identify values, set achievable goals together and discover ways where you can take committed action in your own positive behavior changes. Whether you have experienced trauma or are struggling to discover areas where you can make small, meaningful shifts, we can offer you a space to explore ways to live a more fulfilling life at home, work, with relationships and everywhere in between.

Our passion is to support individuals towards finding their way while helping them live authentically and with intention. We also specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults living with (but not limited to) autism spectrum (ASD), ADHD, anxiety and OCD. Sessions will be solutions focused and action-based towards helping you cultivate connections, create opportunities for personal growth and support healing towards living life to its fullest.
